Opening a New ePAY Account

Sign up for ePAY, the Illinois State Treasurer’s electronic payment program that helps Illinois public agencies accept payments quickly and securely through online and other digital payment channels. Only Public Agencies (i.e., State agencies, counties, municipalities, and units of local government) are eligible to participate in the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer’s Electronic Payment Services Program (“ePAY”) pursuant to 15 ILCS 505/17.
