The Illinois Financial Wellness Hub (FinWell Hub) offers free financial education resources to help Illinois residents build stronger money habits and plan a better financial future. This online financial wellness platform features interactive tools, calculators, and self-paced courses that create a personalized learning experience based on your goals.
We offer webinars and links on budgeting and saving, paying down debt, building an emergency fund, improving credit, investing basics, saving for college, retirement planning, or protecting your family’s financial security.

The Illinois Financial Wellness Hub was made possible through the Financial Wellness Education and Support Grants Program, a collaborative effort by the National Association of State Treasurers’ Foundation (NASTF), the Center for State and Local Government Excellence (SLGE), the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), and the Wells Fargo Foundation. The Office of the Illinois State Treasurer was one of twenty-four (24) state and local government jurisdictions that received a grant to establish or improve employee financial wellness programs.
