  • The Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund helps small non-profits across Illinois. The Illinois Charitable Trust Fund is supported by filing fees paid by not-for-profit organizations when they incorporate with the State of Illinois, helping provide a dedicated source of funding for charitable purposes.
