Ways to Manage Your Illinois Funds Account

You can manage your Illinois Funds investment account online, by phone, by mail, or by wire transfer. Use the information below to choose the option that works best for you.

Online

You will be able to access your Illinois Funds account information and perform the following functions by visiting our online account portal below.

Manage Your Account Online

Through the online portal, you can:

• View your investment account balances
• View your investment account history after conversion
• Transfer money between your Illinois Funds investment account balances
• Make purchases into your investment account by ACH or wire
• Redeem money from your investment account by ACH or wire to a bank account already on file

Manage Your Account by Phone

You can request wire or ACH deposits and withdrawals between your Illinois Funds investment account and the bank account listed on file.

Account representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT.

Add Money by Mail

After the conversion, participants can add money to their Illinois Funds investment accounts by mailing a check.

Add Money by Wire Transfer

To make an investment into your Illinois Funds investment account by wire, complete both steps below.

Step 1: Notify The Illinois Funds

Before sending the wire, choose one of these options:

• Call 800-947-8479 to notify The Illinois Funds of the incoming wire
• Use the online portal to make a purchase and select the wire option

Step 2: Send the Wire from Your Bank

Use the wire instructions below to initiate the wire from your bank.

Minimum wire amount: $100

Wire Transfer Fees

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services will not assess Fed wire charges to or from your investment account. Your bank or financial institution may charge a fee for sending or receiving wires.

Purchase Cutoff Times for Wire and ACH Deposits

Wire Purchases

Same-day credit is available by wire only.

Wire purchases received in good order before 11:00 a.m. CT will be processed the same day and will participate in that day’s income accrual.

Wire purchases received in good order after 11:00 a.m. CT but before the Illinois Funds’ close at 3:00 p.m. CT will be processed the same day, but will receive the next day’s income accrual.

Wire purchases received in good order after 3:00 p.m. CT will be processed the next business day.

ACH Purchases

ACH purchases received in good order before 3:00 p.m. CT will be processed the same day and will participate in the next day’s income accrual.

ACH purchases received in good order after 3:00 p.m. CT will be processed the next business day.

Availability of Funds

Online and telephone purchases made by ACH are not available for redemption for 5 calendar days.

Purchases made by wire transfer are available immediately.
