Questions About Student Loans
For help with a loan application, account, repayment, or loan servicing, contact your loan provider directly. If you are unsure whom to contact, email SEF@illinoistreasurer.gov, and we will help direct you to the appropriate program.
- Illinois Partnership Loan or Illinois College Family Loan: Contact Aspire Servicing Center. Current borrowers experiencing difficulty making payments should also contact Aspire for assistance.
- Illinois No-Cosigner Loan: Contact Funding U.
- Loan Provider Partnerships: Loan providers interested in partnering with the Student Empower Fund can email SEF@illinoistreasurer.gov.
