2026 Cream of the Crop Photo Winners

The Illinois State Treasurer’s Office annual photography competition that showcases Illinois agriculture. 

This annual competition is open to young people, and winners are chosen in the following age ranges: Ages 8-10, Ages 11-14, and Ages 15-18. In each age category, first-place winners will be awarded a $1,000 Bright Start 529 scholarship, second-place winners will receive a $500 scholarship, and third-place winners will receive a $250 scholarship.
