Money Management with Access Living
Chicago’s Access Living money management classes, also known as its Financial Literacy Workshops, are designed for people with disabilities who want to improve their credit, learn to budget, save for the future, and increase their employment and homeownership opportunities. Workshop sessions are hybrid events. Students meet in person or on Zoom every week for 10 weeks.

IL ABLE “Achieving a Better Life Experience” accounts help people with disabilities and their families save and invest for disability-related expenses while protecting eligibility for certain federal benefits. IL ABLE can help people build savings and improve their financial well-being without risking important support benefits. Funds can be used for many costs related to living with a disability.
