Invest in Illinois
Invest in Illinois includes three Treasurer’s Office programs: Ag Invest, Business Invest, and Community Invest. These programs place impact investment deposits with approved lending institutions to support agriculture, businesses, and communities across Illinois.

Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund
The Charitable Trust Stabilization Fund helps small nonprofit organizations across Illinois. Money for the fund comes from filing fees that not-for-profit organizations pay to incorporate with the State of Illinois.

Illinois First Steps
Jumpstarts a child’s future educational expenses, through a free, onetime $50 College Savings seed deposit to a Bright Start or Bright Directions account. Children born or adopted in 2023 or later are eligible.

Helps Illinois governments quickly and safely receive payments for parking tickets, utility bills, and more through a full-service electronic payment program. ePAY offers 24/7 convenience and support, delivers cost-effective solutions, and provides flexibility and control.
