ePAY Settlement Account Online Access Guide

 

Sign Up for Online Banking

Use the steps below to register for online banking and add additional users for your ePAY account.

Step 1: Start Registration

  1. Go to Illinois National Bank.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter the requested information.

Step 2: Create Your Login

Create the sign-in information you want to use for online banking.

  • User ID: Create your preferred user ID
  • Password: Create your preferred password

Step 3: Enter Personal Information

When completing the registration form, use the following information:

  • First Name: Enter the business name
  • Last Name: Enter ePAY
  • Date of Birth: Enter 01/01/1900
  • Driver’s License Number: Enter IL
  • Driver’s License State: Select Illinois from the drop-down menu
  • Mother’s Maiden Name: Enter ePAY
  • Social Security Number: Enter the business tax ID number

Step 4: Enter Account Information

  • Enter the account number or account numbers you want to view through online banking.
  • Do not select Bill Pay. Bill Pay is not available for ePAY participants.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to accept them.
  • Click Complete Sign-up.

You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete.


Create Additional Online Banking Users

After the administrator completes online banking registration, they can add other users to access the account.

  1. Log in to online banking using the user ID and password created during registration.
  2. Go to Additional Services.
  3. Click Share Access with Others.
  4. Click Add Person.
  5. Enter the personal information for the person who needs access.
  6. Select the account or accounts they may access.
  7. Select the type of access they should have.
  8. Read the Terms of Use and click Continue.

The new user will receive an email and must log in using the provided information.
